Azhim is a tropical land full of rainforests, palm trees and carnivorous plants. Ruins of an ancient civilization dots the lands. These ancient ruins would be reminiscent of Mayan ruins seen in our world today. 

Azhim is ruled by an Oligarchy of Houses. The House leaders form the Council of Onyx and Flame. Azhim was founded by Tieflings and there many slaves. Places of note in Azhem is Deepgate, which is a giant pool of boiling water that is depths are so deep it is thought to contain a portal to the Hells. Also is Orin’s Last Stand, a city named after the famed Orin, who in some stories destroyed the land bridge that Venitzia rests on and in others raised it from the sea to fend off the good people of Azhim from the denizens of the deep!

Named after the famed Orin, who in some stories destroyed the land bridge that Venitzia rests on and in others raised it from the sea to fend off the good people of Azhim from the denizens of the deep!
